I love the work of their technicians. They even call you back after the days to check if you have any issue regarding the work they have already done. I like the feedback they collect from customers about previous service. I was called at least twice in three weeks if i have any problem relating to the previous work which they will provide ta no cost again. I only subscribed to their bronze package $100

My experience with Micro Software Squad was a positive one. It was a nice, easy way to get things done. My Tech, Darlene, was wonderful. He really took his time with me. Got the tv mounted perfectly. Was professional, friendly and went above and beyond. I would definitely use this man again.
